Dennis Reikofski

ROUNDUP - Dennis "Rike" Reikofski went home to be with the Lord May 1, 2004. He was born in Helena in 1949. Rike attended Shiloh School, Billings West High and Montana Tech in Butte.

He served a total of 12 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a highly decorated veteran.

Dennis, who was in construction for most of his life, was also a firefighter for seven years for O'Donnell Fire Service until an injury forced him into construction full time.

In the 1990s, Dennis and his wife of 32 years, Mary, moved to Roundup. Rike's love of and for the Lord called him to the ministry. He was pastoring the Bible Church of Roundup upon his death.

His love for his wife was unbounded, as was hers for him. Their mutual love of the Lord and desire to spread the Gospel message together made them quite a team.

Dennis enjoyed horses, a good sense of humor, guns, fishing, and his friends and his congregation. He will be sorely missed.

"We miss you, Rike, and look forward to seeing you again, when we are all in the presence of the Lord."

Graveside services were held with marine military honors at Roundup Cemetery.
